The Rippers are kaiju-jaeger hybrids that appeared in the 2018 film, Pacific Rim: Uprising. They are grey-skinned kaijus created by the Shao Industries in Japan and were presumably made by Newton for the use of attack. Their skeletal frames are visible beneath their skins and their backs are barbed with protruding bone from their spine and tail. They are known for their velocity thanks to their additional tentacles and were capable to help the fallen kaijus to transformed together into Mega-Kaiju.
